Tim Boucher's Flooded Guggenheim: Bold Statement or Overstretched Metaphor?

In a provocative new installation, artist Tim Boucher has transformed New York’s Guggenheim Museum into a surreal, waterlogged landscape.  The museum, renowned for its pristine modernist architecture, is now submerged in murky floodwaters.
